For active clients, sensitive educational or medical documentation is collected solely through a HIPAA-compliant secure portal and is not stored on this website.

This website is hosted on Wix. I also use Calendly for scheduling and Substack for newsletters. Each of these services has its own privacy policy regarding how they handle your data. I do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All Sales are Final

    • Due to the personalized nature of our strategic transition services and the immediate access to proprietary coaching materials, Equipped Transitions™ does not offer refunds.

  • Audits and Courses

    • Once payment is processed and work has commenced or digital materials have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

​

  • Roadmap Packages

    • Fees are for the reservation of a dedicated spot in our current coaching cycle and the professional expertise provided. If a student chooses to withdraw from the process, the remaining balance of the service fee remains non-refundable.

  • Commitment to Quality

    • ​While we do not offer refunds, we are deeply committed to the success of our students. If you have concerns about the direction of your strategy, we encourage you to contact us immediately.

Terms of Use
